Making Shavuot Count
On May 24th, Jewish people all over the world will celebrate the feast of Shavuot.
The Hebrew word Shavuot means "weeks" which represents the counting of the 50 days from the day after the Sabbath of Passover. In Judaism, the Festival of Weeks is seen as inextricably connected to Passover.
